We do not have a specified date on which we notify all vendors for each event. We will try to send out invites at least two months in advance, but we're currently playing catchup. We do not have the bandwidth to give ourselves a hard deadline for this. Sorry for any inconvenience.
If you filled out the application forms, we will get back to you eventually and will email you from vendors@friendshipflea.com. If you are worried you might miss a communication, we suggest you add that email address as a contact and mark it as "important".
We have received over 200 inquiries since we opened apps four weeks ago. Please understand that we are doing our best, and we are not intentionally ignoring inquiries or form submissions. Sending us repeated messages checking in on the status of your app only slows things down. We like to have a way for new vendors to share their info and interest with us, but this in no way means you are guaranteed space. We do not have the bandwidth to reach out to all vendors after we book each event. That simply isn't feasible.
IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO ADD OR ASK AFTER FILLING OUT A FORM, PLEASE REPLY TO THE SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX RATHER THAN STARTING A NEW THREAD OR DMing US.
